Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms that could use some renovation but still provide a cozy stay. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The unbeatable location near Harrods and in Knightsbridge makes exploring the area a breeze. The dining experience may vary but overall satisfactory. The facilities are sufficient and meet basic needs.
The hotel has a homey feel and had everything needed for a great stay. The rooms, while rather small, are understandable given the location, age, and standing. However, the superior room was uncomfortably hot, impacting our sleep despite reporting the issue.
As a loyal customer with a lovely view of the classic double room, I found the hotel to be clean, very comfortable, and very quiet, making it exceptional value for money. However, I was disappointed that there was no complementary water provided.
The hotel offers a classic double room with a lovely view. Initially, we encountered a broken item on our first night, but the staff promptly went out of their way to meet my needs, which was much appreciated. The location is central, within the high-end shopping precincts of London, but lacks a variety of good pubs or restaurants nearby. Dining at the Sky Garden overlooking all of London and the Thames was delightful, even though the prices felt a bit steep for the area. The hotel has impressive facilities, catering to various needs, making for a comfortable stay overall.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, located in the vibrant Knightsbridge area near Hyde Park and Harrods. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet despite the busy London street outside. The location was superb for exploring the city, and the dining options were wonderful with a cozy feel. A few minor downsides included the dining being a bit pricey for those on a budget and some limitations in the facility offerings.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent in terms of comfort and bedding, but being close to the housekeepers' room meant some disturbances. The service was top-notch and extremely helpful, although there was a slight issue that was quickly resolved. The location was fantastic for shopping and safety, but dining, although good, felt a bit overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor hiccups.
The hotel is fantastic, offering incredibly comfortable beds and fabulous sheets in a great location between Harrods, Sloane Street, and Harvey Nichols. The staff are always sweet, attentive, and welcoming, making our stay memorable. However, we experienced some noise from adjacent rooms. The breakfast options, whether Continental or English, were lovely, and the location is amazing, close to Harrods and the Outlaw Restaurant. The Picadilly Line proximity also makes it super convenient for exploring.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room, service, and location were all top-notch, although the separate building for the room was a bit unexpected. The staff was amazing, especially Stephanie, Graham, and Matthew; they made my experience truly special. The hotel's prime location near Harrods and Kensington and Chelsea's attractions couldn't have been more convenient for exploring London.
